Put your harvest on the desk.

Tell me about your farm and what you're holding. I check your license and confirm your lab report with the lab before anything is offered, and your farm's name stays off the table until a buyer has signed. My fee is 5% of the gross on your side, in writing, only when a deal closes; the buyer pays the same on theirs. I never take title, I never touch the product, and I don't negotiate your price — you set it, in writing, and you deal with the buyer directly once both agreements are signed and I've introduced you.
