I call the lab before a buyer sees a lot. The lab pulls the report by its number and reads the numbers back. If they don't match the PDF, the lot isn't shown.
The seller's price, in writing
I don't set a price and I don't negotiate for either side. The seller's asking price goes to you as written; freight is yours, from the seller's dock. My fee is 5% of a closed deal — the seller pays the same 5% — and both halves are in both agreements.

On December 11, 2026 the federal definition switches to total THC. Every lot on this desk already tests at or under 0.3% total THC, THCA counted, on a report I confirmed with the lab.

Extraction-bound biomass crosses this desk too — and if your operation is moving toward fiber or grain, say so when you write in. Those relationships are being built now.

The federal THC test changes December 11. Every lot on this desk tests at or under 0.3% total THC, THCA counted.
On December 11, 2026, the federal definition of hemp switches to total THC — the delta-9 THC a plant shows today plus the THCA that becomes delta-9 when heated.
Flower that passes only on delta-9 may not pass on total THC. Every lot on this desk is read on total THC now, and that is the only number I show.
One thing I can't tell you: the same law also caps THC per container in finished hemp products sold to consumers. What that means for a retail line is a question for your attorney, not for a broker.
